We're doing ch 7, section 2 in one quick day since we really covered a lot of its concepts in section 1.
Wednesday: review last week's quiz; talk about missing work.
HW: read ch 7 sx 3 and be sure you've finished ch 7 sx 1!
Thursday: naming of covalent bonds (ch 7 sx 1 finish). Turn in ch 7 sx 1 HW.
HW: reading quiz on ch 7 sx 3 tomorrow!
Friday: reading quiz ch 7 sx 3. Cover Oxidation numbers.
HW: read ch 7, sx 3 and 4
HW: BRING IN A FOOD OR A HOUSEHOLD CLEANER SAMPLE FOR LAB ON TUESDAY!
MONDAY: ch 7, sx 3-- empirical vs. molecular formulas, and "what is a mole?"

TUESDAY: LAB: acids and bases in the home.
WEDNESDAY: more ch 7, sh 3. TURN IN LAB

FRIDAY: test ch 7 sections 1-3
AFTER THAT: we'll do chapter 7 sections 4-5, which have a lot of math in them. We'll have a lab on these sections.
